The WL-119 is a side mounted single point load cell made of aluminum alloy, covering a capacity range from 1kg to 30kg with a maximum platform size of 200×200mm. This single point load cell features a compact structure that supports dynamic weighing and is available in three different dimensional variants, allowing flexible integration into diverse equipment. Cable length and other options can be customized to meet specific needs.

This single point load cell provides a combined error of 0.017%F.S., non-linearity of 0.017%F.S., and repeatability of 0.017%F.S. Rated output is 2.0±20%mV/V, zero balance is ±0.02mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. Recommended excitation is 10~15 VDC, ensuring stable performance in high-speed dynamic weighing applications such as filling and checkweighing.

The WL-119 offers IP65 protection as standard, with customizable higher ratings. It operates within -10°C to 40°C, and nominal displacement is less than 0.4mm. The standard cable is Φ4mm × 500mm, with custom lengths available. Safe overload is 150%F.S. The aluminum alloy body is lightweight yet robust, and three dimensional options make it adaptable to different mounting constraints.

Load Cell Packaging and Shipping

To ensure safe arrival at your location, the load cell will be carefully packaged and shipped. The packing process is as follows:

1. The load cell will be placed in a sturdy cardboard box to protect it from external damage during shipping.
2. The box will be filled with foam padding to provide additional cushioning and prevent the load cell from moving during shipping.
3. The load cell will be sealed in a plastic bag to protect it from moisture and other environmental factors.
4.  Additional layers of bubble wrap will be provided for additional protection.
5. The carton is securely taped to prevent tampering.
6. A shipping label with your address and product information is attached to the box.
7. The package is shipped using a reliable and trusted freight carrier.
